Pioplay successfully boosted ticket sales and attendance to their six week series “Road to Roo” by streaming 30 band performances and interviews. The viewership rate was an amazing 40% of those reached, and our live videos received 5x higher viewership and 5x higher reach than other DIY single cam livestreams conducted during the same six weeks period on the same page.
CD BABY’S DIY MUSICIAN CONFERENCES
CD Baby’s DIY Conference is a great example of how Pioplay continues to build on our data based knowledge to help clients continue to succeed more and more with each stream. While the first conference we streamed broke all of CD Baby’s organic reach and viewership records, we broke all those records again at their 2nd conference with a 99% increase in reach, 105% increase in minutes viewed, a 47% increase in views, and a 140% increase in page views and 31% increase in new followers. To put it in perspective, the reach accomplished in 3 days was equal to 72% of CD Baby’s total organic reach for the previous 6 months.
THE MAYOR’S OFFICE OPPORTUNITY NOW PROGRAM
To assist in the hurdle of educating 500 students across 9 different sites, the Mayor’s Office brought on Pioplay Livestream to broadcast the workshop to each of these locations simultaneously. Through a weekly series of live streamed workshops, their financial literacy partner Knowledge Bank was able to not only educate these young people on financial principles but also keep track of their progress; and the outcomes were so outstanding that they opened it to all 10,000 students in the program!
